Tiana Feghali
Tiana Feghali is an entrepreneur with deep roots in the franchise world. Growing up in her family’s Little Caesars Pizza businesses, she developed an early understanding of operations, growth, and team culture. After studying at New York University, Tiana spent the first chapter of her career in film and television development and production, Tiana returned to her entrepreneurial roots – bringing storytelling, innovation, and a fresh perspective back to the family business.
Tiana helped develop and operate a new coffee, cookie, and dirty soda drive thru concept in San Diego that generated over $1million in its first year, blending operational excellence with an innovative menu selection, creative branding, and a community-first culture.
Now, Tiana is focused on helping others succeed in the franchise space. Whether you’re buying, selling, or scaling, she brings a unique mix of real-world experience and creative strategy to every conversation. Her mission is to make franchise opportunities more accessible, transparent, and rewarding – carrying forward her family’s legacy while building her own.
