Emily Burns has over 20 years experience in franchise business brokerage and has successfully closed hundreds of transactions ranging in size from 1 to 100+ units, nationwide. She is knowledgeable about franchise law and has assisted in several refranchising efforts, as well as in asset recovery situations. Emily is also a multi-unit Round Table Pizza franchisee, giving her a unique, hands-on perspective on franchise ownership, growth, operations, and exit planning. Emily lives in San Jose, California, with her family and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build successful businesses and create long-term value through franchising.
